At its June 14, 2009 regular meeting, the Executive Committee on behalf of the AADEP Board of Directors awarded The Freeman Award to Elizabeth Genovese. Doctor Genovese has been an active member of the AADEP faculty for more than a decade.

Dear Elizabeth:
It is our honor on behalf of the Fellows and Members of the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians to present to you the 2009-2010FREEMAN AWARDFOR OUTSTANDING AADEP EDUCATOR. This award recognizes your valuable teaching contributions to AADEP over the past decade.
I have personally benefited from your quick wit and excellent teaching skills which you so generously have shared and continue to share with many Fellows of the Academy and all those who know you.
This award acknowledges our deep appreciation of your efforts to improve the outcomes for all injured workers and patients.
