National Government Services is one of the largest Medicare contractors in the country, serving nearly 200,000 providers and suppliers and over 22.7 million People with Medicare in 20 states and 5 U.S. territories. National Government Services (with its corporate predecessors) has served as a Medicare contractor since 1966.

The Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund jointly sponsored the Independent Medical Evaluators Training on the AMA Guides 6th Edition, Chapter 14 on June 6, 2009 in Columbus, Ohio.

The Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund (OP&F) was created by the Ohio General Assembly in 1965, replacing 454 separate local police and firemen's relief and pension funds in Ohio.

Texas Council of Chiropractic Orthopedists (TCCO)

The Texas Council of Chiropractic Orthopedists jointly sponsored the July 2009 Designated Doctor and Physican Training Course in San Antonio, TX.
